General Usage

Q: How do I perform a call transfer on a Yealink phone?

A:

  • Answer call.
  • Press TRANS- ext call (caller hears hold music).
  • Phone number- dial number, it will auto-dial after a couple of seconds.
  • Can select between the two calls using the Line 1 and Line 2 keys.
  • Press TRANS button to connect the 2 lines.
  • If the person you are transferring to rejects the transfer, press the MENU button to return to the original call.
