Shipping Information

We pride ourselves on our efficient next day delivery service, to either your workplace or drop shipped directly to your customer. We can set up your branding on to your despatch note so that your customers do not need to know that we are even involved in the ordering process.

We use APC courier service for the majority of parcels sent in the UK, view our guidance notes on the APC courier service.

You can also now select to use DPD for your deliveries, who provide a one hour time slot for deliveries to UK Mainland via email or text message.

For letters, we use Royal Mail and for parcels going to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and British Islands we use a mixture of couriers.

Please note: orders placed after these times may not be despatched same day. Remember to include a telephone number with your order, just in case the courier has difficulties locating your delivery address.

International Deliveries

We are quite often asked to send products abroad, we work with many couriers so that we can find you the service to meet your requirements. These companies include Royal Mail, FedEx, APC and DPD.

Not all of the products we supply are suitable for use outside the UK and may void your warranty.

For shipments leaving the EU there may be Import Duties and Taxes payable. It is the responsibility of the consignee to pay these fees. The consignee will be contacted directly by the delivery courier if there are fees due.

Collections

If you are local or would prefer to use your own courier services you can always collect your goods direct from our warehouse.

Please arrange this in advance by contacting our sales team. Please do not just show up or arrange a courier to collect without prior authorisation from someone at ProVu.
