Yealink Lifetime Warranty

Yealink offer a Lifetime Warranty with many of their products including SIP and DECT handsets and conference units. The warranty covers devices purchased from ProVu from the date of purchase until 12 months after the official end-of-life date.

For example, if you purchased a device from us in January 2020 and it was then announced as end-of-life in July 2022, the total warranty period would equate to 3.5 years in total.

For products which are already end-of-life when purchased, these devices will be supplied with a minimum 2 years warranty.
