The Poly CCX 400 Microsoft Teams Edition is a simple yet powerful entry-level business media phone, perfect for common areas and high-traffic environments. A familiar and intuitive interface offers seamless Microsoft Teams integration or a familiar dial pad option. The vibrant 5-inch colour touchscreen ensures quick access to contacts and meetings with just one tap.

Poly HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity technologies guarantee clear communication, while the exclusive Poly Acoustic Fence feature eliminates distracting background noise, keeping conversations on track. IT management is streamlined with robust provisioning through the Microsoft Teams Device Portal. Whether used as a Microsoft Teams Common Area Phone (CAP) or as a dedicated Teams device, the CCX 400 provides reliable, high-quality communication.

Installing the CCX 400 is straightforward with desktop, lobby table, or optional wall mounting options. Wi-Fi compatibility will be available with the upcoming Wi-Fi accessory, allowing for flexible deployment. With world-class full-duplex speakerphone operation, echo cancellation, and a sleek design.
