What are the Differences between CounterPath Bria Stretto and Bria 4?

CounterPath Bria Stretto offers a range of additional benefits to CounterPath's Bria softphone clients; available from ProVu, Bria Stretto offers access to the CounterPath cloud server tool which enables you to program all softphone client user details and settings. For added peace of mind, Bria Stretto clients also have access to both ProVu and CounterPath technical support.

CounterPath Bria 4 is only available directly from CounterPath and does not offer access to the Stretto platform. With Bria 4 licenses, end users are responsible for the manual configuration and set up of their license and with limited access to technical support, the set up and maintenance of licenses is much harder. With Bria 4, users are only able to access technical support through CounterPath's online forums. Plus with no flexibility in terms of additional add ons/user support, customer requirements and demands are tougher to meet.
