2N Advanced Replacement

Quickly replace faulty devices with our 2N Advanced Replacement service. Simply purchase your advanced replacement policy within 30 days of your original purchase and you can enjoy enhanced protection on your devices for the duration of the manufacturers warranty. (This is currently 3 years for 2N devices.).

Available across the core 2N product range, you can benefit from our advanced replacement service on any of the following product lines:

  • Intercoms
  • Access Units
  • Answering Units

Accessories, spares and modules are not covered under the advanced replacement service.

Very briefly, our 2N Advanced Replacement service is:

  • Available on any intercom, access unit or answering unit.
  • Must be purchased within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Aims to quickly replace faulty items with a like-for-like device or comparable product if the product is not available.
  • Offers you reassurance that your devices are covered if faults arise.
  • Policies are available for a set fee with no hidden charges.
